Russia: OOO Russky Solod increased prices of A and B Specifications malt

OOO Russky Solod announced that since June 01 prices of malt of A and B specifications (produced from imported barley) are increased as follows:

Malt of Specification A – by EUR10 VAT excluded
Malt of Specification B – by EUR5 VAT excluded

Prices of malt of C Specification (produced from Russian barley) remain at their actual level. Meantime, all contracts signed before 01.06.06 will be entirely honored by OOO Russky Solod at their indicated prices.

According to the company, these changes were determined by the changes which occurred in the international market and particularly by the increase of prices of imported malting barley, the appreciation of RUR against the EUR in comparison to the same period of 2005 etc.
